This annual edition of Seasonal Gin from the Cambridge distillery was made with a host of local botanicals, foraged around spring and summer 2023. The likes of rose and violet bring floral notes, joined by lemon balm, fresh apples, cucumbers and a distillery favourite, pineapple weed, which brings a delicate, tropical lift!
