Cambridge Curator's Gin Bottling Note
Cambridge Distillery crafted Curator’s Gin with a little help from the Cambridge University Botanic Garden. Accompanied by the Garden’s Curator, Sam Brockington, the Cambridge Distillery team hand-picked the botanicals for the spirit, including lavender, 'green ginger' rosemary, lemon balm, and even apples from a tree said to be descended from Isaac Newton's! Then the botanicals were literally cycled back to the distillery after minutes of harvesting, and individually distilled using the distillery's novo-dimensional distillation matrix. Which sounds very sciencey indeed. Curator’s Gin was released as part of the distillery's Prototype series, with a limited 600 bottles produced at 40% ABV. Garnish this one in a G&T with a sprig of rosemary.

Cambridge Distillery Curator's Gin Reviews
Excellent spirit!
I bought the Curators Gin for my husband as a gift. I personally don’t care for Gin but have been converted. This Gin is smooth, the botanicals are perfectly balanced. Just delicious! I’m hopeful Cambridge Distillers will strike an agreement with some company so this can be sold in the U. S.
