Yep, this gin really does hail from the small Scottish town of Biggar! The two brothers who founded the distillery aim to use local botanicals wherever possible, including rowan berries, nettles and lavender. The gin is produced in batches of only 200 bottles at a time, and weighs in at 43% ABV. Whack a ribbon of orange peel in a G&T with this one.

Fresh orange and oily juniper, with a touch of thyme honey helping develop the sweet/savoury juxtaposition.
