“Huge orange and clove on the nose, along with a nice lick of classic Juniper and lemon, but the palate is where it really kicks off. All the baked-goods in the world start to come through, with the christmas cake and christmas pudding really prominent. There's a really good amount of gold in here as well - which was a suprise. All in all a really delicious, dry, Christmassy treat. Yummy.”

Awful batch 2021

This is the second year we have bought this gin , first year stood true to the reviews and flavour profile. This year it tastes like pure grain spirit without any flavour profile aside alcohol. Its almost as if they have pulled this off the still far too early and missed the heart completely. Real shame as this was 5 stars last year .

Correct Gin?

Having read the reviews and seen this on sale for half price had no qualms about purchasing this. Similarly, I had no qualms in pouring it down the sink after my 2nd glass (which also went the same way) Assuming the validity of these reviews I can only think my bottle has got the wrong gin in it as it's not offering any of the nose / taste that has been attributed to it. If you're going to risk it - make sure it's on special offer as it doesn't come close to commanding the price tag (more so given 50cl)

Christmas in a glass

Loved this gin. Christmas in a bottle. Warm and fuzzy. Great with aromatic tonic a star anaise and a cinnamon stick.
