Nose Soft caramelised orange, blackberry and lemon curd emerge through earthy juniper, vanilla sweetness and a good helping of herbal tea leaves. There’s tart berry fruit, just a hint of sherry cinnamon and plenty of nutmeg as the nose develops.
Palate A huge green tea explosion defines the palate. Cherry blossom, caramel and a touch of juniper emerge through the tea-based core, alongside a prickle of baking spice.
Finish More herbaceous tea and little honey remains.
Overall All the comfort of a good cup of tea is paired with plenty of interesting gin notes in this expression. We can’t wait to see the cocktails people make with this.
