Ah, yuzu, the once overlooked Asian citrus fruit that has seen quite the revival. It may look a little wrinkled and imperfect, but its floral zestiness makes it perfect for combining with traditional gin botanicals, and that's exactly what That Boutique-y Gin Company has done with Squeezed Yuzu Gin! The flesh and the juice of the yuzu fruit is squeezed out, leaving it looking much like the sorry fruit on the label, and these are then infused into a classic gin base. For a super refreshing citrus bonanza, try it with grapefruit tonic.

Nose
Yuzu citrus literally jumps out of the glass, along with tangy lemony sherbet notes and greener grassy notes.
Palate
Of course more yuzu citrus bursts onto the tongue, balanced by a touch of sweetness and continued notes of freshly cut grass from the nose.
Finish
Yuzu through and through, vibrant citrus lingering for a good while.
