Well, there’s no doubt that this contains rosemary. On the nose there’s a strong herbal note, plenty of juniper, saline seashore smells, and a hint of smoked bacon.
Palate
Peppery, lemony, a big hit of rosemary, then juniper and cracked black pepper.
Finish
Long and highly aromatic.
