The rhubarb’s tartness is tremendously mouthwatering – this ‘barb goes big! Then the sweetness comes through, not dissimilar to the sugar on top of a rhubarb crumble. There’s some sweet spices in there too, the earthiness of juniper, and a wash of citrus.

The Rhubarb triangle is in Birmingham and has big lights on it, it grows very quickly and you can hear it creak. So cool. It also makes for a delicious gin. I love it with light or elderflower tonic and a wedge of orange. I’ve tried a lot of rhubarbs and this is by far my favourite. It’s not too sweet and it’s just absolutely delicious. I need to buy some again!
My new go to gin. Absolutely love this and can do so much with it too. Great with tonic, but goes well with so many other things too!
