Nose
Sweet laters of sticky toffee pudding, fudge pieces, fruity Millions sweeties, and Angel Slices, joined by freshly sliced pink grapefruit and tangy candied peels.
Palate
That grapefruit really makes its arrival on the palate, things are very juicy, with juniper nestling comfortably beneath.
Finish
Cakey, with lingering caramel sauce and candied citrus.
