That Boutique-y Gin Company didn't just reach for the sky, but the stars with Moonshot Gin! Literally – it's made entirely with botanicals that have been sent to space. Cubeb, fresh lemon peel, chamomile flowers, cardamom, and dried bitter orange peel are among the botanicals that were sent into the stratosphere at an altitude of at least 20km, where they were exposed to extremely low pressures. We're talking so low that water and fluids in the body boil at body temperature, which happens after 18 or 19km. To top it all off, moon rock from an actual lunar meteorite was chucked into the botanical mix. An absolutely interstellar gin!

Candied peels, starfruit, warming jupiter, no wait juniper, and lemon thyme.
Cassia and black pepper. Rounded citrus flesh sweetness, with a subtle savoury edge.
A touch of lemon sherbet, but it doesn't make things overly sweet as it's balanced by the coriander seed and notes of ginger beer and grapefruit.

Big peppermint no the nose with a touch of atringency on thenose. The mint persists into the mouth but is swamped by tonic. Could keep some of subtlety into a martini. Were is my good vermouth? Cool Droste effect pm the label too!
Pleasant enough to drink and makes a decent G&T, but there are better, cheaper gins readily available...
