That Boutique-y Gin Company has worked with a whole load of excellent gin producers since it launched back in 2017, producing many fantastic gins. Now, that's all well and good, but what would happen if they worked with a whole load of amazing gin producers on just one gin? Bash-Up Gin is the result! What, you thought that was just a fun thought experiment? Nope. It's a real and particularly tasty thing indeed.
What's happened here is that over a dozen distillers have each provided That Boutique-y Gin Company with a gin made with juniper and one other different botanical, which have all been blended together. These botanicals include ingredients like blood orange, rhubarb, lavender, "fairy wings" (otherwise known as horny goat weed) and even an entire vegetarian Chicago deep dish pizza!
Creamy citrus and delicate floral aromas work in harmony in clean juniper and a little black pepper.
A mix of citrus peels, spicy, bright juniper and hints of toasted lavender, then cardamom and a little gingery heat.
Tangy grapefruit zest and a little angelica linger.
