Description

Focusing on a love of Provence in the south of France, this elegant dry gin is distilled in the region and includes local basil, fennel, eucalyptus, thyme, pink grapefruit, and mint among its selection of 12 botanicals. Each botanical is distilled separately and carefully blended for a clever balance of zesty citrus and drying herbs.

Overall

Fresh, drying notes of basil and thyme are followed by zesty citrus peels, while oily, softly floral juniper and liquorice are lifted by delicate garden mint.

A delicious gin

I received this gin as a birthday present and it is really good. The botanicals provide a lovely perfumed smell as you drink and the taste is clean and rounded and delicious. It’s worth the money.
