When two spirits collide, tasty things happen. This right here is an example of those aforementioned tasty things. The Telser distillery in Liechtenstein has created Gin[Rummy] for That Boutique-y Gin Company by combining its Telser London Dry Gin with its Tesler Rum! Aptly, the distillers (and a few familiar Boutique-y faces) are playing an intense game of Gin Rummy on the label. You can tell who is winning because they're wearing a crown.
Persian lime, creamy vanilla and a little mango lead, with helpings of red cola cubes, bright juniper and baking spice. Hints of Christmas cake, marmalade and melted butter are present too.
Creamy orange sweetness, oily pine and sweet vanilla-y oak are joined by punchy pepper and prickles of ginger. White grape and green cardamom add depth.
Tart, drying grapefruit lingers among a flicker of red chilli heat.
Singular and quite sublime - there’s so much to love about this tipple.
