Taking its inspiration from the wildflowers of Cornish summertime, botanicals include rose petals, violets, and lemon, resulting in a delightfully floral, zesty profile. The gin is naturally coloured with fresh butterfly pea flowers, so it'll change to a delicate lilac hue when you add a splash of light tonic.
