Back in the 1860s, Tanqueray creator Charles Tanqueray visited the orange groves of Spain and eventually produced a gin recipe based around the glory of Seville oranges. In early 2018, they released Tanqueray Sevilla Gin, inspired by the recipe written over 140 years ago! If you like your gin to be citrus-focussed and generally excellent, you're in for a sun-soaked treat.

Going back to my earliest days of buying from Master of Malt during the Lockdowns, someone in a review recommended this. I had bought a different brand of orange gin, much lighter and less flavoursome, and it was actually in a review for that brand that someone highlighted the Tanqueray. I have never looked back. The Tanqueray Seville Orange is my go-to for a home-made Negroni, both zesty and punchy when paired with Campari (and Vermouth). A fantastic find!
The nice people at Master of Malt sent me a miniature of this to try. I generally like the Tanqueray family of gins and this worked out well in a marmalade martini. The orange wasn't overpowering but for my taste a little too summery to drink in winter just with tonic.
Not a fan of flavoured gums. Think this tastes a little artificial. Sorry
For a mainstream gin this is very good. Nicely balanced orange notes with sweetness but still defo gin. Great for mixing cocktails and G and T. Great for the price. I am going to try Rangpur next.
My favourite gin. Delicious and refreshing. The orange taste is really well balanced
