It’s a one litre bottling of Tanqueray No. 10! The expression was launched in 2000 and is named after the still of its origin, pot still number 10, which is quite endearingly nicknamed Tiny Ten. Made with whole fresh citrus fruits including oranges, limes and grapefruit, along with chamomile flowers and other traditional botanicals, and presented in a classic green bottle that looks like it stepped straight out of the roaring ‘20s.

Back when I was training as a Cocktail Barman Tanqueray Gin was 47% ABV, then they diluted it to 43%, now down to a trifling 41% The Number 10 is still the proper Export strength 47% If you like your Gin to have a proper “edge” to it, Tanqueray 10 is the one to go for, but watch out for the bean counters diluting this one too !
the perfect citrus flavoured gin, refreshing light and the perfect aperitif when mixed with a premium tonic.
Gorgeous and is my favourite gin
My absolute 'go to' Gin. I try others but always come back to this. Garnish with a chunk of grapefruit and some good quality tonic- heaven!
