Winter's Embrace is a dry gin from Steel River Drinks. The Teeside distillery incorporates pink peppercorns and crab apple alongside classic botanicals such as juniper, liquorice, coriander and citrus peels. A beautiful drink for those who like things on the drier side, this is a great choice for all manner of classic gin cocktails!

Dry, but rounded thanks to the liquorice. Bright citrus, with lime, grapefruit and orange peel alongside classic juniper, taking centre stage.
