This gin is a tribute to Teeside...and Andalusia! Stainsby Girl, the first of Steel River Drinks' gins is infused with prickly pear, as a nod to the maker's time spent in the hot Granada countryside. This blue gin is coloured with butterfly pea flower, a reference to a line in the Chris Rea song 'Stainsby Girl', which also inspired the name of this gin!
