Steel River Gin - Stainsby Girl
This gin is a tribute to Teeside...and Andalusia! Stainsby Girl, the first of Steel River Drinks' gins is infused with prickly pear, as a nod to the maker's time spent in the hot Granada countryside. This blue gin is coloured with butterfly pea flower, a reference to a line in the Chris Rea song 'Stainsby Girl', which also inspired the name of this gin! Mixed with tonic, you can watch this beautiful blue gin change colour before your very eyes!

A dry gin, tropical watermelon notes from the prickly pear are balanced by a good amount of juniper.
