The Teeside-based distillery combines mellow vanilla and bursts of cherry flavour, balanced amongst classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and angelica. Steel River Drinks suggest trying this with cola as a swap for your classic tonic mixer. Delicious!

Overall

Semi-dry. Big juicy cherries all the way through, with pleasant creamy vanilla. The classic juniper isn't overwhelmed, however.
