Taking inspiration from the top-hatted world of Steam Punk, Steampunk Gin is, made with seven "peculiar" botanicals from around the world, as well as the much less peculiar juniper berry.
Not normally a gin drinker or lover, but got this as a gift. Have tried it with tonic and a basil leaf it was very nice. But the "fog on thr thyme" cocktail is really really nice. Would recommend this to both gin connoisseurs and novices.
Well I bought this bottle of gin at the beamish hall Christmas fete for Christmas. Unfortunately ( or fortunately) we cracked it open and stupidly thought we would have one tiny tiny little tipple before Christmas ! The bottle is now empty with over a week and a half before Christmas is even here!,, Gorgeous, gin really tasty would totally recommend it and will defo buy it again! The bottle is brill too! I had this gin with basil muddled in the glass, lime juice and soda water - like a mojito. It was really, I mean REALLY nice and refreshing. Give it a go.
