Spring Gin Gentleman’s Cut
This edition of Spring Gin is said to be "not for the faint of heart", after all it's for "Gent's only", Spring Gin's "beefcake brother". Whilst the Ladies Edition is bottled at a lower strength than regular, the Gentleman's Cut is bottled at the higher abv of 48.8%. Because... Men! Hmm...
We can see this working well in cocktails.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Ginger, fresh rhubarb and dried orange peel.
Palate
Punchy juniper arrives first, followed by black pepper and cardamom.
Finish
Black liquorice, pine, lime and fennel.
