Spirit of Swaledale has tried its hand at a pink gin, and it doesn't disappoint! For Hedgerow Pink Gin, local hedgerow botanicals have been used to achieve its colour and flavour, such as rosehip, rowan berries and raspberries. Alongside those fruity, floral components, a combination of pink peppercorn, nutmeg and ginger has been used to give it some extra spice. Garnish this one in a G&T with a handful of fresh raspberries and you're good to go!
