Speight's Bilberry Gin
This expression from Speight's was produced in the family's copper pot still named Barbara! Bilberries were allowed to gently infuse along with the botanicals, imparting a beautifully delicate, sweet fruity flavour. Glorious in a straight up G&T, with several wedges of fresh lime.

Lemon citrus and sweet, fruity, floral suggestions of blueberries and summer fruits. Tangy juniper with pleasant, soft spice on the finish.
