Taking inspiration from traditional Vietnamese fruit liqueurs, the folks at Sông Cái produced this gin using rose myrtle berries that grow wild in the country's central highlands. Alongside a combo of warming spices, savoury roots and dried fruits it boasts a fruity profile with plenty of tart berry tang and barky aromatic spice.
