The Sông Cái distillery in Vietnam also operates as a winery and fermentation lab, producing drinks with a focus on local agriculture and native heirloom ingredients. This dry gin is produced with a host of Vietnamese botanicals, bringing notes of citrus, sweet spice, honey, and lychee that'll be ideal in a classic Gimlet, or a good old G&T.
