This Cornish gin is the creation of Smuggled From Cornwall, a collaboration between Cornwall’s oldest cider maker Haye Farm, and the Colwith Farm Distillery! Alongside some traditional botanicals, the folks behind the gin cleverly made use of cider apples from the farm. The result is a wonderfully crisp and fruity spirit.
Juniper is at the core, swiftly followed by notes of apple, spicy hints and a dash of lemon.

A delicious, classic juniper-led gin - with a hint of Smugglers' spice. Have drunk it with Tonic and also as with Martini.... can't decide which I prefer so I guess I'll have to taste them both again...
