This original recipe for Hedgerow Gin features crab apple, sloe stone, elderflower, nettle, wildflower meadow hay and rosehip, with the addition of rhubarb stemming from Yorkshire's long history of farming the tasty treat. Was expecting so much but I'm sad to say we're thuroghly disappointed. This may as well be a normal London dry and sadly the elements of rhubarb and raspberry promised are almost entirely missing. Unfortunate.
