A rather autumnal expression from the folks over at Sloemotion, we present to you a blackberry and apple twist on the tasty Hedgerow Gin! English apple and blackberry are added alongside the already eclectic list of botanicals, featuring crab apple, sloe stone, elderflower, nettle, wildflower meadow hay and rosehip. Consider swapping tonic for ginger ale for a spicier serve.

I have to say usually i am not a fan of flavoured gins as i like my gin botanically strong and a good london dry feel, that said this is such a lovely subtle fruitiness with a good hit of juniper and makes a lovely cocktail base :)
