Description

A limited edition rhubarb flavoured gin from Yorkshire made with locally sourced botanicals and Harrogate aquifer water. Great with tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit.

Nose

Rounded sweetness of ripe grapefruit and rhubarb, punctuated by a kick of peppery juniper.

Palate

Jammy red fruit leads the way, while flashes of earthy spices and sharp citrus keep things interesting.

Finish

Summer berry tart balanced by drying juniper warmth.

Absolutely delicious

Absolutely delicious. First tried it in a small pub in Hull, where the lad behind the bar recommended with some Fever Tree Tonic and crushed raspberries. I have since found it to be even nicer with FT Elderflower tonic.
