A limited edition rhubarb flavoured gin from Yorkshire made with locally sourced botanicals and Harrogate aquifer water. Great with tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Rounded sweetness of ripe grapefruit and rhubarb, punctuated by a kick of peppery juniper.

Palate

Jammy red fruit leads the way, while flashes of earthy spices and sharp citrus keep things interesting.

Finish

Summer berry tart balanced by drying juniper warmth.

Fab but expensive

To make the bottle last longer I add standard gin into my glass with the rhubarb flavoured for good measure.
