Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Enjoyably savoury, with vegetal juniper bringing a hint of heat. Subtle lemon sweetness alongside sea salt and roast chestnut.

A Gin for all seasons !

I had a bottle for Christmas and had to buy another! Drink it in winter with Fevertree Clementine Tonic and in summer with Mediterranean Tonic. Amongst the new releases of gin this is a star ! The taste and scent of seaweed is a hint that conjures up the sea in all seasons. We drink it in Surrey and Dorset, looking out at Lulworth Cove.

Sublime, if they didn’t ship it I’d make the journey to get it.

Absolutely gorgeous gin, it says maritime on the bottle and after the first sip your litteraly sitting on a beach in Donegal with the waves smashing off your feet. The tastes are smooth and recognisable, it’s a journey that has perfect balance. It made the best G&T I’ve ever had.

Absolutely stunning gin - the seaweed notes are easily tasted but without being overpowering - makes a fab G and T If you're ever over in Donegal go to the distillery for a tour - super friendly people - try their blended Irish Whiskey too - Silkie
