Skellig Six18 Irish Gin 70cl

Craft gin from the Skellig coast in County Kerry, down in the south west of Ireland. This gin takes its name from the 618 ancient stone steps built by monks on Skellig Michael (otherwise known as Luke Skywalker's island in Star Wars). The team use Douglas fir, birch, yarrow and foraged dillisk as botanicals, and it's been said to pair brilliantly with all sorts of food and dishes by no lesser authority than Michelin starred chef Ross Lewis.
