The signature gin from the Sis4ers Distillery - a distillery with four sisters at the helm. The team uses locally sourced traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica, orris and liquorice, alongside mastiche, lemon, almonds, orange and blueberry. In a fabulously positive sign of the times, unused ingredients are returned into the environment to re-grow, instead of throwing them away.
