
Get ready for the 2018 vintage of Sipsmith's awesome Sloe Gin! It's made with a base of its London Dry gin which is infused with wild sloe berries, picked in the autumn. The sloe berries are frozen first to break the skins, and left in the gin for around four months to ensure to decadently fruity flavour profile.
Lots of juicy sloe berries, as expected, with raspberry tartness and marzipan notes, supported by peppery notes and a touch of jammy cherry.
