Sipsmith Orange & Cacao

It has become very clear that chocolate orange isn't just for eating. With a base of Sipsmith London Dry gin, this Orange & Cacao Gin combines a syrup made from raw cacao nibs and fresh orange peel. While that's macerating, a combination of coffee, black cardamom, vanilla, orange blossom and cacao nibs are distilled and then blended with the syrup.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Sweet and zesty, notes of fresh orange juice alongside orange marmalade with creamy vanilla and gooey dark chocolate fondant.

Love it
Beautiful with a light ginger ale/beer

Subtle orange. Lacking cacao.
Subtle orange flavour but struggled to find the cacao. Not a terrible gin but nothing I would buy again or recommend.

A lovely, complex and delicious chocolate orange in a glass
This is rich, flavoursome and still resolutely a gin. Steers away from being sickly sweet, has a really deep chocolate note after the initial zesty orange. Love it.

You can still taste the Gin!
Love this stuff. It is a great balance of orange and chocolate. Some sweetness but also some depth from a dark chocolate note.

Best of all, unlike so many flavoured Gins, you can still taste the Gin in this which makes it a winner in my eyes.

Simply delicious!
Fabulously citrusy with a lovely slightly bitter cocoa after taste. Great served with a slice of orange, lots of ice and fever tree Clementine tonic.
