Siderit Gingerlime London Dry Gin
Distilled in a glass column using the 12 botanicals from Siderit London Dry Gin (sideritis hyssopifolia, juniper, coriander, cardamom, rock tea, angelica root, cinnamon, orange peel, hibiscus, pink pepper, almond and orris root) as well as Asian ginger and lime. The producers suggest enjoy with a citrussy tonic for a full flavoured G&T.

The lime and ginger certainly take the lead. Bittersweet with juniper and spice lending support.
