Shroton Fair Gin Zummit Dry
All the way from Dorset comes Shroton Fair Gin Zummit Dry, inspired by the story of a Royal Bengal Tiger visiting the fair back in the 1700s (as an attraction, not as a punter to go on the Ferris Wheel or something). It's made with a combination of 16 botanicals, with 12 of them hand-crushed and macerated in spirit before being distilled with the remaining four botanicals up in the vapour basket. It's then bottled up at 42% ABV.

Vibrant grapefruit, earthy anise, and lavender, hints of savoury spices build with touches of piney juniper.
