From Northern Irish craft gin distillery Rademon Estate comes its first edition in the Shortcross Gin Bartender Series. This expression is a collaboration between head distiller David Boyd-Armstrong and the winner of the brand's Shortcross Signature Serve competition Alan Glynn of 37 Dawson Street in Dublin. The duo dialled down the juniper in favour of more fruit in the botanical mix, with apples, blackberries and pears handpicked from Shortcross' walled garden, as well as a twist of raspberry and grapefruit.
It received Gold from The Spirits Business from its Gin Masters competition in 2018.
Bright citrus, tart berry and plenty of sweet vanilla, with a small floral element in the backdrop.
Wow I am not usually a gin lover but this has changed my mind!! It is absolutely gorgeous!! I would recommend it to any gin lover, please try it !!
Wow I love this new Shortcross, so smooth and makes a great Gin and tonic.
A bright and zesty gin with juniper upfront and then a rounded lemon sherbet finish.
