Description

Steering well clear of the tendency to make pink gins sweeter than their clear counterparts, the team at Shivering Mountain strived to keep its Peak District Pink Gin crisp and refreshing with the use of pink grapefruit. This brings a delightfully aromatic touch of zest to the juniper forward profile, making it a splendid gin for splashing in tonic, or mixing up some cocktails.

Overall

Hints of cardamom and anise give grounding with plenty of zesty grapefruit and citrus peel, hearty juniper with soft floral wafts, and sweet, warming spice.
