Named after the city nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, Shimla Gin welcomes some spice alongside classic botanicals, with added notes of cardamom, chilli, and tonka bean. It makes a rather refreshing G&T, served with a nice big slice of orange.
Resinous juniper leads the way, with warming spices and refreshing cardamom, and creamy tonka bean keeping things balanced.

I am quite fussy with my gins, but found this very smooth and palatable with a great welcoming aroma. Definately one to be kept topped up in my home bar, not yet had any guests turn it away.
