Named after the city nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, Shimla Gin welcomes some spice alongside classic botanicals, with added notes of cardamom, chilli, and tonka bean. It makes a rather refreshing G&T, served with a nice big slice of orange.
Resinous juniper leads the way, with warming spices and refreshing cardamom, and creamy tonka bean keeping things balanced.
Great tasting gin, doesn't give you that dry throat feeling after. Deffo ordering again my guests loved it too!
