A cask-aged variation of Sharish Gin from Portugal. Using the same botanical selection as their classic expression (with the apple replaced for Rocha pear and the addition of Loureira leaf), the gin is aged for 365 days before being bottled.
Soft, creamy lemon notes followed by herbaceous basil and a hint of floral vanilla.
This gin is really delicious with red pepper corns and cinnamon stick with tonic would highly recommend
