Stratford-upon-Avon's Shakespeare distillery has made their very own Rhubarb Gin! They press fresh rhubarb stalks and blend the resulting juice with their scrummy Stratford Gin (featuring lemon balm, rosemary and English lovage, among other botanicals) to create this refreshing tipple - which goes brilliantly with ginger ale...
Please note: Due to the nature of fresh rhubarb being used, some fine sediment may occur over time in the bottle. Not to worry, there's nothing wrong with the gin, either pour it off or simply shake it in!
Fresh and tangy, with sweet fruit notes standing up admirably against hearty herbaceous hints.
