Scout & Sage is the brainchild of Holly Bower, set up in 2018, and this London Dry Gin is the first gin to be distilled at her micro distillery in Wiltshire in her traditional copper pot still named Maud. It includes 10 botanicals, such as cardamom, Seville orange and pink peppercorn, though if you're curious about all 10 then they're kindly listed on the label for you. Garnish this juniper forward gin with a classic twist of orange peel.
Smooth with citrus notes straight off the bat, fading into aromatic spice and spicy juniper on the finish.

I had a weekend away with my girlfriend, to celebrate my birthday, I picked this gin up at Bath Christmas market. We had quite a few gins, may I say this was the first to go, most enjoyed.
I love gin, no I mean, I looove gin and this is my favourite Gin. The flavour is amazing and is the best I have found with tonic.
