
Another addition to Scapegrace Gin's Uncommon series, inspired by warm summer nights in the Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand, and focusing on the flavours of leftover crops. The botanical stars here are raspberry leaf, pear, and olive, preserved past their natural harvest. An uncommon trio, for sure, but the folks at Scapegrace know what they're doing – certainly one to shine in a Martini!
Vegetal olive is balanced by fresh raspberry, pear skin, a touch floral, with juniper and citrus on the tail.
