Scapegrace Gold Gin
A higher-strength variation on the Scapegrace Gin recipe, made in New Zealand using 13 botanicals, with some tangerine peels added to the mix for this one!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rounded and nutty - the mixture of nutmeg spiciness and clove earthiness give it an almost coffee-esque feel! Fresh orange is in the mix too.
Palate
Cassia and orris take centre stage, joined by lime, juniper and fennel in support. A core of spicy coriander.
Finish
Orris once again and angelica last for a floral finish.
