A particularly intriguing expression from New Zealand's Scapegrape - a black gin! It gets its dark hue from its botanicals, which include aronia berry, butterfly pea, saffron, pineapple and sweet potato, among others. What's more, the spirit changes colour when mixed with tonic water, becoming a various shades of pink and blue.

Beautiful..I mixed with apple and elderflower sparkling water (from Aldi) with sliced granny Smith apples for myself, and tonic for my better half..

This Gin is absolutely superb in every way. Brought some today, had with some squeezed orange peel and fever tree - just incredible. Go the Kiwi Gin !!! This is a cracker.
