A particularly citrus-forward edition of Shetland Reel Gin! The name has been inspired by the gorgeous amber skies above the Shetlands during the long summer days, known as 'Simmer Dim'.
Juicy fresh orange segments, subtly earthy herbs, anise and liquorice root.
Beautiful tangy mouthful, flavours to savour - a real gin with a deep, satisfying, long aftertaste. I shall be seeking the Seasent variation next.
Amazing just expensive
Bought a bottle in our local Lidl at Christmas just got round to trying it. Loved it, lots of ice a nice tonic slice of cucumber. Heaven got the orange taste. Loved it
Lovely flavoured gin with a good depth.
Superb taste and usually drink Bombay Sapphire and Simmer now going to be my new permanent tipple for sure.
