A cask-aged edition of Santamanía's London Dry Gin, matured in a French oak casks for several months in their 16th century stone cellar. Once again, the gin is made with a base spirit of Tempranillo grapes, but other changes have occured with this barrel-aged expression. Due to the transformation that will occur during the gin's maturation, the Spanish craft distillers reorganised the proportions of the the botanicals, resulting in a familiar flavour profile (if you've tried the original Santamanía London Dry Gin ), complimented by oak-y spice and creamy vanilla.

Tried this at Junipalooza and brought a bottle home with me, the recommended way to serve was neat over ice but I prefer it with a small splash of tonic, very warming flavours you can really taste the vanilla notes, almost like a really good single malt but better because it's gin! Thank you masterofmalt for stocking it, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get any more once this bottle is gone :)
